  1. That countdown from the audience wasn’t loud or energetic enough to me. Some people were only counting down her speech but their volume showed no comment to change a thing. Sadly, they’ll be on that list of people dying before they had to because of the choices they made. She tried.

  2. Wooow, I’ve only known this woman as my Apostle’s wife before now! This is truly life altering especially after having lost more than 100 lbs. I’m enjoying my new road to wellness, thanks Pastor Kamilah!!

  3. Back pain is sometimes cause by dehydration. I watch Barbara O Neil’s "Importance of Water and Salt". For Diet and Mind by Lemon Dwayne.
    She’s right, why wait to get sick before we look at our diet.

  4. Very good & informative speech, Mrs. Stevenson! What stuck in my mind is when you said, "If we could live and not get sick!" Made me think of this Bible Scripture: Isaiah 33:24……reads "And no resident will say: "I am sick." The people dwelling in the land will be pardoned for their error." [God] will make this possible one day. I know, I am looking forward to God’s New System of Things! But, meanwhile we must not only think of a healthy way of life, we have to live it!!!     I remember myself years ago when I had didn’t live so healthy, I imagined it, till I got these heart aches, yeah I was a fit 20-er doing sports, but my hearth didn’t feel well and I was unhappy, and all these little health problems. Few years ago I woke up. But your speech only encourages me more!

  7. I liked the talk but including fruit and veg in your diet and working out is common sense. Why would a doctor need to tell her to stop eating spicy chips for breakfast, that part of the talk seemed like she was trying to shift the responsibility of eating well away from herself. Most people choose not to eat a somewhat healthy diet or do some type of physical activity because they simply don’t want to not because doctors tell them otherwise.
