  1. ACV is a lie, it’s fermented drinks and veggies that will help you with digestion. Like Mead, kefir, homemade kombucha and more!

  2. Just wanted to let you know that you should consider exchanging your coconut oil for olive oil or any other unsaturated fat. It’s a common misconception that coconut oil is a healthier option, however it is a saturated fat. When consumed in high amounts it can lead to higher risk of cardiovascular disease. Saturated fat leads to high levels of low density lipoproteins which is also known as the bad cholesterol. So to decrease your LDL, and reduce your risk of plaque development in your arteries consider swapping out coconut oil for an unsaturated oil! I hope that helps! 🙂

  3. How ridiculous. . We were perfectly healthy back in the day before bottled liquids, pills and packaged crap. Kill the planet for our health with all this packaging. .

  4. "i dont like this but im doing it for the gut" gurl no! dont eat stuff u dont like for the sake of health. itll just burn u out and u suffer

  5. hey i just want to let you know that Jesus Christ loves and cares for you deeply and so do i:) I was once so empty and sad until i accepted God into my heart and so can you:) Father longs for all his precious children to come back to him including you, because you are his precious child:) Please reply back and ill give you a salvation prayer, are you willing to let him in? <3

  6. if no dairy is unhealthy for the gut wouldn’t that mean that the yoghurt in the morning wouldn’t be gut friendly? or is it only in copious amounts that it damages the gut?

  7. I actually have IBD(inflammatory bowel disease) which means I have to eat a lot of gut friendly foods, I also cannot have dairy, gluten, and a lot of sugary stuff, thank you for this video, except for the things with the dairy and nuts cause I can’t digest that 😂

  8. You’re young and pretty and haven’t learned to step outside of yourself by thinking of other’s. That’s why your body language shows that your attention is on ‘your’ hands and hair. When we step out of ourselves – when we’ve reached a saturated point of ‘me, mine and I’ is when we become naturally who we really are. We accept who we are, like who we are, recognize who we are and move on to serving others instead of living in self-serving. We’ve stopped punishing ourselves, constantly finding fault with ourselves. It’s a process of human life. Like needy babies, most of us never grow up out of thinking, speaking and doing childish things. It’s a role that many take on that make god’s of our own selves to be worshipped by ourselves and the need to be worshiped…goes back to the Garden (we shall become as gods). Who teaches us to think about someone other than ourselves? Who wakes up knowing that we are not our own orbit in our own universe? God said we need to become less and He needs to become more. God said he has plans for us…(that over ride any plan we have for ourselves). Listen! Ask. Practice putting God first in all needs and expectations. Honor Him…first. Pray for others. Make the mind aware of the needs of others and this will promote the thoughts, speech and actions of the ego and soul. "The first shall become last and the last shall become first". Is a child punished or reprimanded for thinking and doing as a child? No! Not by wisdom, understanding or intelligence. Any disorder comes about because we lack understanding, knowledge and wisdom enough to act upon its change that opens the door to balance. Making the decision to let go, move on and change is a cross road that we continue our journey along a different path. We need not bring ‘fear’ along. God said fear is not of Him, it is the name of a demon…the spirit of fear. If we ‘fear’ returning to our old way of thinking and doing things that were meant for evil against us, then we are fueling the power of thought that is a lie. The more we focus on truth, the more harmonious and balanced we become and can not be swayed by thoughts that the mind still clings to. God said "Renew your mind"…"The mind IS the Battlefield".

  9. Do you wash/rinse your food off before you cook it. Take a close look at it before you put it in the pan. Vegetables come from the ground (dirt). You could be adding pathogens and making the good bacteria work harder. Just saying.

  10. ACV is really damaging to your esophagus, you can add it to a cup of orange juice and add chia seeds and vitamin d oil and it’s not bad. It’s good to change up probiotics every now and then. Eating things like a good salad with chicken and almonds, nuts, fruits, seeds, are all really really good for your gut, greens in general are really good. Kiefer has way more good bactiera for your gut then anything from yogurt, so that’s also a good thing for your gut. Avoiding highly processed food, or unnatural sugars, and drinks are things you should try to avoid.
